1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and rx8bet (hereinafter "rx8bet", "the Platform", "We", or "Us"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the rx8bet website at https://rx8bet.net, all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, software, and services offered under the rx8bet brand (collectively, the "Platform").

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the rx8bet Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT amount held in a Player's rx8bet Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 5.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures as described in Section 3.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gambling is illegal or where rx8bet does not accept players.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The rx8bet Platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. rx8bet employs KYC verification procedures to confirm the age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an account on rx8bet, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

4. Not already hold an active or previously closed rx8bet account. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
5. Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity in registering the account.
6. Not be an employee, contractor, director, or associate of rx8bet or any of its affiliated companies.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rx8bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Players are required to submit one or more of the following documents as requested:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (photo page)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation of registered bKash or Nagad mobile number)

Until KYC verification is completed to rx8bet's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending. rx8bet reserves the right to request additional documentation where there is reasonable cause to do so. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the rx8bet Privacy Policy.

3 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rx8bet account credentials, including your username and password. rx8bet strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password for your rx8bet account and that you do not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified rx8bet of unauthorised access.

rx8bet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from rx8bet and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the rx8bet Platform. Opening, operating, or accessing more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rx8bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held within them, and withhold any pending withdrawals associated with duplicate account activity.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are obliged to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your registered name, address, contact details, or payment method must be reported to rx8bet support promptly. rx8bet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where provided information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent.

3.4 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rx8bet Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access, interact with, or place wagers on the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies to place wagers that would not otherwise be accepted under normal market conditions.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks placed by rx8bet.

rx8bet employs automated monitoring tools to detect prohibited activity. Confirmed violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

rx8bet supports the following payment channels for Bangladesh players. All transactions are denominated in BDT:

rx8bet charges zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are the responsibility of the Player. Processing times quoted above are indicative and may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional security checks are required.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

4.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced, and requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. rx8bet may also impose platform-level deposit limits on individual accounts where responsible gaming concerns have been identified.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

rx8bet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP Royal Programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Bonus funds are credited to a player's account as a separate Bonus Balance. Real-money funds are wagered first; bonus funds are applied thereafter unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus funds, once wagering requirements are met, are eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by rx8bet are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in total eligible wagers before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following contribution rates apply as a default (individual promotions may specify different rates):

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 15% contribution

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets and wagers placed on the rx8bet Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the rx8bet system and a confirmation reference has been issued. rx8bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits, where the market has been suspended, or where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud or match manipulation.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on rx8bet — including live cricket betting (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and virtual sports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, rx8bet will rely on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or FIFA). Settled bets will not be reversed except where rx8bet determines that a clear pricing error occurred.

6.3 Casino Games & RNG Certification

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Intellectual Property

9 Liability & Disclaimer

9.1 Platform Availability

rx8bet endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. 9.2 Limitation of Liability

9.3 Player Responsibility

9.4 Third-Party Game Providers

10 Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Termination by rx8bet

rx8bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for any reason, all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. You must cease accessing the Platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Liability & Disclaimer), and 11 (Governing Law) — shall continue in full force and effect.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players accessing the rx8bet Platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that they are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding online gaming and sports betting in Bangladesh.
